The split second the boy felt something touch his butt, he sprang forward, frightened and hoping not to be touched again. Xavier turned and spoke. “Wh-Wh-What was th-that for?” His face was already crimson.

Thresh flipped her hood up, covering her exposed parts with her overcoat, “A special place in a far off land,” she replied, blowing a puff of how air. She gestured toward set of gravestones in the far corner, “Come,” she said softly.

The boy gave a simple nod, believing that to be true. It was a special place, and ceartinely in a far off world. When told to follow, Xavier did as instructed, taking slow steps in response, so as to preserve the stillness of the land.

The thin layer of snow crunched underneath the Warden’s steps. She knelt down in front of an unmarked grave, clapping her hands together and interlocking her fingers. “I don’t believe in any gods or higher deities,” she said softly to Xavier, “But I still do prayers, out of habit really.” She knelt silently for a moment, unlocking her fingers after a while, “This is my brother’s grave,” she said smiling solemnly.

The boy watched her kneel, making him all the more worried for what he was being shown. Xavier remained silent however, to let her say her prayers and words in peace. When informed of what the marked stone truley was, a great sense of realization occurred within him, making the young male move his hood off and bend it towards the ground. “I’m sorry for y-your lose Thresh.” He replied, hoping his words helped her in some small manner.

Thresh smiled and waved her hand to Xavier, “No, don’t worry about it,” she said smiling, “He’s been gone for a long time…” She paused for a moment and turned back to the grave. “He was the Chain Warden before me.”

undeadresearcher14 inquired:
"Uh, p-pardon me miss, but, I-I'm a bit lost. C-Can you tell me wh-where I am?" A cloaked boy questioned, his hood hiding most of his face, along with his frightened gaze.

"The Institute of War," politely replied Thresh, turning her head to the cloaked boy. She eyed him. His cloak was slightly tattered, but in fairly good condition. He was taller than most boys his age, but shivered noticeably, probably from being nervous. "Can I help you with anything?" she offered, turning fully to the boy.

undeadresearcher14

Xavier…" she sighed, leaning closer and closer. She tried to stop. This wasn’t right. He trusted her. And she took advantage of that. It wasn’t a game anymore.

Thresh cupped Xavier’s cheeks and gingerly pressed her lips against his, praying for the burning to stop, but it only worsened. In response, she pressed harder and harder, but that only made her body hotter and hotter. She pulled away for a moment to breathe, “Xavier… Hold me…" she said between huffs.

Xavier remained silent, he was still unable too speak to her due to the situation. His mind was still trying to keep him calm and not pass out from blood loss.

The kiss however, was the breaking point. He went limp in her arms, the boy had finally passed out from the young woman’s kiss, it was like the opposite of sleeping beauty. Though, to her happiness, probably, he leaned forward, resting his head upon her shoulder, but his arms remained slack and his frame went still.

Thresh let out a sigh as the young man passed out in her arms. She fell to her knees and gently laid him out on his back. Her body still hot, she mounted him and caressed his face, bringing her own close to his. She could do anything she wanted now without resistance, not that he’d put up much of a fight in the first place.

She huffed and stared at his scarlet face as it slowly became paler. The Warden placed her hands on the floor on opposite sides of Xavier. She wanted to kiss him again, she wanted to make the burning go away, but more than anything, she wanted to undo what she just did.

Tears began spilling on his face. One, two, then a few more. She felt horrible for taking advantage of his shyness and his kindness. Sitting up and flopping over to the nearby lab table, Thresh covered her mouth and sobbed into her palm, tears flowing down her forefingers and onto her coat.

Not knowing what to do next, she took off her coat and covered Xavier with it, not that the gesture would earn forgiveness. She wanted to just run home and bury herself in her dorm and beat herself up for what she did, but she didn’t want to leave him alone, not without apologizing in person.

The boy simply rested while she moved him about. This was one of the few times he rested probely, not a single dream was within his head, be very much thought. All he recalled was passing out from a kiss. He could partially feel the movements going on around him, which was the main reason why he was still unconscious. If he was still touched, the boy wouldn’t wake.

When he did wake, te boy looked around, seeing the ceiling above him as the coat covering him. He sat up and looked around, seeing Thresh and her altered expression. The potion only worked for a short time it seemed, which was a god sent to the young male. Otherwise he’d probably have lost something. “Thresh? Are you, o-okay?”

Thresh roused from her state of empty-mindedness and wiped her eyes, “I’m so sorry…” she huffed between her hiccups, “I’m so sorry…” She wanted to tear her hair out and throw up, preferably in that order.

The split second the boy felt something touch his butt, he sprang forward, frightened and hoping not to be touched again. Xavier turned and spoke. “Wh-Wh-What was th-that for?” His face was already crimson.

Smiling, Thresh turned to the lantern and walked inside, gently tugging Xavier behind her. Inside the lantern… is indescribable. Variously colored wisps of light float by in the pitch black abyss, but disappear at a moment’s notice. There is not sound, but footsteps can be heard emanating from the Warden’s feet on the nonexistent floor. Ahead was a white square of light, much brighter than the others, but it’s far away. However, in an instant, the two are in a graveyard in the middle of a small forest, as if they had taken a single step and traveled thousands of miles, through space and time even. A busy city can be heard far, far off in the distance. And it’s winter.

Thresh blew and wisp of hot air, digging her hands in her pockets. “Oh crap, I forgot it’s wintertime here,” she said with a smile.

The boy walked along with her, moving his hood up to look around. It both shocked and amazed him simply seeing it. The wisps distracted him slightly, making him wonder what they were and where they went, the ground frightened him slightly, seeing that there wasn’t really a floor. The lit square before him gave Xavier a sense of curiosity and hope. Soon, it gave him a chilled sense, turning his heat into cold. The background had changed, to that of white and snow as apposed to dark and mysterious. The cemetery added unease to the boy, was she dead and about to show him her grave? Or was this just a special place for her? Xavier didn’t know, he simply closed up his hood to keep himself warmer.

"Wh-What is, here? If I-I may ask that i-is." The young male inquired, pulling his hood up a little to conserve body heat.

Thresh flipped her hood up, covering her exposed parts with her overcoat, “A special place in a far off land,” she replied, blowing a puff of how air. She gestured toward set of gravestones in the far corner, “Come,” she said softly.

Ten minute delay. She’d have to make a note about that… If she remembered. Thresh’s hands entered between the folders of Xavier’s robe, directly touching his body. She huffed lustfully in his ear, “Xavier… I can’t stop…" she sighed, turning him so they were face to face. "My body is… so hot… It worked… too well…”

His heart was going a mile a minute in his chest, Thresh should now that however, since her hand moved directly over his heart, giving the poor lad goosebumps against his skin. His blushing only grew, turning scarlet yet again. When turned, the boy felt terror clawing at his insides, whatever was about to happen wouldn’t be good. Especially from the chain warden. Xavier would be a dead man.

The split second the boy felt something touch his butt, he sprang forward, frightened and hoping not to be touched again. Xavier turned and spoke. “Wh-Wh-What was th-that for?” His face was already crimson.

Thresh scratched her cheek and smiled, “Thanks,” she said softly. The Warden stood up and pulled out her lantern, tossing it to the ground with a small clang. With a wave of her hand, the lantern unfolded itself until its glass sides were easily six feet tall. Thresh outstretched her hand, “Do you trust me?” she asked. Honestly it was a bit unfair, asking such a loaded question.

“Of course.” He replied. Curiosity pestered him while she spoke, what was it she wanted to show him? At the sound of the clunk, the male grew more concerned than curious now, almost afraid of what was to be shown to him. At her question, he went silent, debating what his answer should be. His hand met her’s in another moment, making him stand as well. “I-I trust you Thresh.”
Smiling, Thresh turned to the lantern and walked inside, gently tugging Xavier behind her. Inside the lantern… is indescribable. Thresh eyed the strange creature as she was approached. Was is of the Void? The Abyss? “The medical ward is that way,” answered the Warden, pointing to the left, “It’s a straight shot with massive doors and a huge sign. You can’t miss it.”

terminarch-niraz

He nodded gratuitously as a sliver of lavender blood trickled down both his face and hand,
"Agh… shit…"
He removed the hand from his forehead, revealing a large gash running down the length of his head,

"Oh hell," swore the Warden, bending down and eyeing the wound. She tossed her lantern to the ground and extended her hand, "Here, I’ll get you there quickly so you don’t bleed to death during the walk."

Taking his hand before he could respond, Thresh pulled him into the lantern. Inside was a black void in space and time, only various wisps of various colored lights in view until a singular white light overcame the others. In an instant, Thresh and the purple creature were outside the medical ward doors, as if they had taken a single step and traveled several hundred yards.

She gestured toward the door, “They’ll take care of you and get ya patched up.”

Niraz blinked rapidly, still trying to comprehend what had just occurred,
"Uh… t-thanks…"
He placed his hand back on the lasceration on his head,
"What do they call you?"

"I’m Thresh, the Chain Warden," she replied quickly. "You better get in there before your brain falls out or something. They won’t charge you a fee or anything."

"Honestly, you don’t have a reason, Curator," she said, stilling grinning a bit, "But still, the idea ain’t so bad." Thresh paused and glanced over at the Curator’s book, one of many from his seemingly endless library. "Whatcha reading?" she asked curiously.

'Oh this? It's just a delightful tale of a little girl who ends up being mauled by a wolf. And prior to that the wolf eats her grandmother…. it's apparently a child's tale…. rather gruesome if you ask me' Nasus laid the book down on the large pile to his right and retrieved the next book in the pile to his left.

"Sounds delicious," joked the Warden, eyeing the book before she glanced over the Curator’s pile. "I once read a similar book in which the wolf ‘has his way’ with the girl who is much older. The premise is still the same, however."

"Eh Thresh what are you doing sleeping in, that’s not fair! I wanna sleep in to!" She jumped on top of the warden and shook her shoulder. "Come on sleeping beauty…"

Thresh examined the Loose Cannon as she ‘spoke’ with Fishbones, who seemed unusually rational, unlike Jinx. She knew Jinx was mentally unstable, but just how messed up in the head was she? Was it from years of drugs and alcohol? A horrid childhood memory? Maybe a combination? From what she gathered from Vi, they both had pretty fucked up pasts. Thresh looked Jinx in the eyes as she was questioned, noting her unsettling droning, “I’m not a liar, so I won’t do so now,” she started, “I am on that list, whatever it is. Vi was half-drunk and mentioned something about it, but didn’t really tell me specifically what it was.”

Aw hell. I’m so dead,’ thought the Warden.

Jinx’s face slowly turned into shocked expression for a moment, and after glancing over her shoulder on the bed, she began to shiver. “N-no..” The psycho’s voice was faint and shallow, but was dominantly Jinx’s voice once again. “She-she would do that, V-vi doesn’t drink unless…” Her eyes narrowed on the warden, or rather on the lantern near her side. “The lantern… that would be a fitting finish her b-bucket list wouldn’t it, of course it all makes sense now…”

In a mocking tone she asked with a mumbled sneer, “What is the worth of a soul who gave up her own to save another who didn’t deserve it…?”

Her voice changed pitch once again as she grabbed Fishbones who began to speak, choking back a sob as she did so. “Now Jinx, r-member that just because she’s on her list of things to do before she dies doesn’t mean she has to die after she completes the list. And killing and or destroying the things she has on the list won’t make her live forever just so she can finish the list…”

Jinx turned her head upward as tears flooded from her eyes. With a sob she fired the rocket launcher again, but due to the tears obscuring her vision, the rocket went wide and hit the adjacent wall to Thresh instead, though she many have been caught in the impact blast of the explosive.

Jinx crawled onto the bed and began to jump up and down while laughing hysterically. “Why-, why wasn’t I invited to the slumber party!?” Jinx eventually tripped over herself and fell back onto the bed.

She then looked down at Vi and clung onto her in a vice grip. She blindly reached into her back and pulled out more flame chompers and threw them to keep the warden corralled where she was currently.

“Your lantern can’t take my Vi away from me, she’s MINE, I’m not done with her yet…” She released Vi after a moment of nuzzling into her side and stood to face the warden once again.

“Give me one reason why I shouldn’t blow your stupid bug light to Noxus Hook-Lady?”

Thresh kept her hands in the air as the Loose Cannon mused hysterically to herself. “Hey! She wasn’t actually drunk! She just had a glass with- WHAT THE FU-” Mid-sentence, Jinx liquefied the wall next to the Warden despite Fishbones’ attempts to calm her. Thresh scrambled to the ground and protected the back of her head, brushing off the debris as the dust cleared.

She let out a few coughs and waved the dust out of her face, only to find another set of flame chompers separating her from the bed. The Warden continued waving the dust away before plopping her hands at her sides. “I’m not tryin’ to put her in my lantern or some shit!” she shouted between huffs, “I didn’t know the list was a bucket list! Hell, I don’t even know what my role in that list is! Now quit shootin’ up my room dammit! I have important shit in here!”

A rosy blush had entered the Warden’s face at this point. ‘Concentrate! Concentrate!' she told herself. Thresh looked over at Xavier and shook her head, but only to have her gaze fall back on him. The more she looked at him, the heavier her breathing became and the hotter her body became.

Thresh held on for as long as possible, telling herself ‘no’ and trying to diligently work. Unable to concentrate anymore, Thresh quietly placed her notes down and snuck around Xavier, placing her chin on his should and taking in his scent. Her hands reached under his arms and traveled his chest, abdomen and sides, pulling him close. “Xavier…" she huffed between breaths.
The boy was fully aware of her changes. She looked over at him more often as time passed, it made him worry all the more, turning to fear soon enough. A spider or two had entered the room as well, coming up to the young male. Xavier gave it a look, telling it to gather everyone up and come here. It was a face of desperation and fright. Soon, the boy had stopped working altogether, far more concerned with the warden behind him. As soon as he put her chin upon him, the boy froze. He would’ve spoken, but her traveling hands shut him up, replacing his words with a shiver, as if he were cold. His face was a deep shade of scarlet when he realized what was happening, the potion wasn’t faulty, it simply didn’t kick in yet.
